Neuracorn protocol
A measurement-first system that turns verified, local environmental work into a public record — and later, into a funding channel that rewards the people doing the work.
Summary
Neuracorn begins as a food-growing system: simple, local work with a clear outcome. Verification creates a trusted record of progress. Over time, that record becomes the bridge to funding and rewards tied to measurable impact.
- Grow food and reduce grocery spend over time.
- Learn skills through structured cycles and prompts.
- Build a verified grow history you can point to.
- Connect with a local community (schools first).
- Verified actions become durable public records.
- Carbon/impact is estimated from verified cycles.
- A ledger prevents rewriting history once money is involved.
- A path for companies to support visible, verifiable impact.

Problem
Climate action often collapses into argument because outcomes are hard to measure. When the “proof” is weak, trust breaks — and funding becomes bureaucracy.
Core observation
Solution
Start with local work that helps people directly: growing food. Build trust through verified progress. Expand to other actions (cleanup, habitats) once the verification loop is proven.
User loop
The protocol is designed to feel like a simple habit: grow something small, keep it going, and build a track record.
- Log what you planted (pot, balcony, garden).
- Submit a few photos over the grow cycle.
- Harvest and complete the cycle.
- Verifies progress over time using VerifAI.
- Builds a durable grow record (proof, not promises).
- Estimates impact metrics (including carbon).
Proof of Grow
Rewards and governance only make sense if the work is real. Proof of Grow is the verification layer that ensures cycles are genuine and sustained over time.
Carbon accounting
Verified cycles allow impact to be estimated consistently. Early stages prioritise credibility and transparency over perfect precision.
Design goal
Why a ledger
Once money enters the system, records become contested. A public ledger ensures verified outcomes are final and cannot be rewritten — not by Neuracorn, not by sponsors, not by anyone.
Token circulation (the carbon cycle)
NCON is designed as a circular pool that moves with verified work and returns through quotas. The intent is a long-lived system tied to real-world activity.
Principle: value follows verifiable activity, not speculation.
The quota model
Instead of vague “offsets”, quotas act like community bounties: cash is pledged for specific, verifiable local outcomes.
Companies pledge cash to a quota. Growers complete verified cycles and push NCON into the quota to claim their share. When complete, NCON returns to the vault for future cycles.
Note: early stages prioritise household benefit (food) and credible proof. Quotas scale when partners exist.
Governance
Governance belongs to those who do the work. Voting power is tied to verified participation, not money.
- Neuraconium is a soulbound NFT awarded only for verified cycles.
- It cannot be transferred, sold, or bought.
- Only active growers (within the last 18 months) may vote.
- Thresholds: 51% operational; 66.67% major structural changes.
Privacy & safety
- No identity-driven features; verification focuses on biological reality.
- User keys control rewards and governance.
- Adversarial behaviour is made economically irrational through slow accrual.
